In fact little thought is given to design at all. If you
have moved to a new house or your existing garden has
become tired and is in need of a change you could have a
major task ahead. In designing your garden I can provide a welcoming place
for your enjoyment and relaxation. Your garden can be
designed to reduce maintenance, provide that special
place to relax or an area for your children's
entertainment. It will also increase the value of your
property.

by the creation of scaled plans and drawings I can help

My first meeting with you will
identify your needs, for example: You may have ideas of
your own on how you want to use your garden. I can help
you build on this and offer new ideas so as to give you
a clearer idea of what I can produce for you and talk
you through the processes involved. You may wish to view
my portfolio of past designs. At this initial meeting I
will undertake a full site survey should a design
drawing be required. |

Some ideas to think on
are;
- You may wish to incorporate a new
feature in your
garden e.g., a pond, water feature, patio.
- A problem area that needs
resolving.
- To improve your gardens looks in
readiness for
selling your property.
- An easy maintenance garden.
My second meeting with you gives you
the opportunity to view drafts I have prepared and to
make any final changes.
On my
third visit I will then produce the final
design plan for your garden. |

Planting:
I can supply good quality plants (plus feed / topsoil if
required), which I can plant up or you may wish to carry
this out yourself.
Construction:
If required a full construction service is available to complete
your new design with regular site monitoring by myself. |

myself
I have studied garden design at Writtle agricultural
college and have been designing gardens professionally
for over ten years and have experience in all types of
gardens. During this time I have built up an extensive
portfolio of my design work for you to view. As part of
my family business we operate a full construction
service as "Colne Garden Landscapes" should you require
your garden built by us.
